Assessment Report
Our key processes concentrate on identifying potentially inaccurate data, impact assessment and agreement of practical plans for issue resolution.
We use a combination of mechanical analysis and knowledge-based assessments, with over 300 validation and analysis rules routinely included. The use of a sophisticated and flexible data scoring system underpins our work and allows preliminary and incremental assessments to be made quickly and objectively.
The resulting output is a comprehensive report, delivered in person, and providing a measure of overall data quality. It identifies the issues with the greatest impact, and includes any recommended mitigating actions and priorities.

Cleansing Options
Should any data require cleansing HS works flexibly, carrying out data correction on your behalf if you wish or reassessing data if remedial work is carried out by others.
A key component of data cleanse is the ability to re-test data against a fixed set of rules using a consistent weighting basis. This allows corrections to be controlled, ensuring that the data cleanse process itself does not introduce further risk.
Our experienced consultants work closely with the allocated data cleanse team and all cleanse activities are prioritised against the data assessment report. Progress will be charted and quality monitored whilst providing an independent assessment of completed actions.
